Our committed professionals bring passion

We have a team of experienced, dedicated staff who have created a special environment for Pre-school children. All staff are DBS checked, Safeguarding and PED First Aid trained and partake in regular training to further their professional development.

Our committed professionals bring passion, expertise, and genuine care to early childhood education, ensuring every child receives personalised attention and support.

Julie McNally – Preschool Manager

Julie holds Early Years Teacher Status and an Early Years Foundation Degree, alongside extensive qualifications including NVQ 4 CCLD, SENCO certification, and Wessex ILM Management Level 3. She serves as our Safeguarding Children Officer, SENCO, Behaviour Management Officer, Rights Respecting Co-Ordinator, and Speech Co-Ordinator. Julie has completed specialized training in ADHD & ASD, Child Bereavement, Female Genital Mutilation awareness, and many other areas, bringing comprehensive expertise to her leadership role.

Debbie King – Deputy Manager

Debbie brings an Early Years Foundation Degree and NVQ 4 CCLD qualification to her role, alongside certifications as ECAT Co-Ordinator and ENCO. She serves as our Health and Safety Officer, Named First Aider, Rights Respecting Co-Ordinator, and Speech Co-Ordinator. Debbie’s extensive training includes ASD, Sign Along, Peic-d, and numerous other specializations that enhance our provision.

Preschool Assistants

  • Sarah Cranny – Holds NVQ 3, Paediatric First Aid, and PEIC-D qualifications
  • Rachel Butler – Certified in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and PEIC-D
  • Janet Kench – Qualified with NVQ 3, Paediatric First Aid, and Health and Safety training
  • Alex Karali – CACHE Level 3 in Childcare, Safeguarding Children Level 3
  • Laura Coles – NVQ 3 CCLD, Paediatric First Aid, CAF trained
  • Katie Male – NVQ 3, Safeguarding Children Level 3, Paediatric First Aid
  • Katie Da Silva – New team member, training in progress
  • Eloise Spence – New team member, training in progress

All staff participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early years education.
